Poison by intravenous route. Moderately toxic by ingestion. An experimental teratogen. Experimental reproductive effects. Human systemic effects by intravenous route: general anesthesia. When Propanidide (CAS NO.1421-14-3) is heated to decomposition, it emits toxic fumes of NOx.
